I would like to stop the billing cycle as I won't be using jotform for the next few months as we I do not have any upcoming events. How do I go through the process?

As far as I checked your account, I have seen that the downgrade is already scheduled on 2017-11-04.
However, I have seen that you need to stop payments immediately. So that, I have downgraded your account to Free plan and refunded your last payment back as you have paid today (Oct 3, 2017)
