My form is coming up with an error saying there was a "Trello Integration Error when creating card" when it is submitted.Oops!Trello Integration Error when creating card!
Is there an issue with how I mapped the fields? see attached.

I cloned your form and tested the Trello integration but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the card was created properly on the Trello board.
Could you please share the console report when the error occurs, here is how:
That will probably give us a better idea of what is going on.

Thank you for additional information.
I checked your form but I didn't notice anything wrong there with the integration.
Did this integration worked for you at any point?
Also, did you try to re-integrate?
If the issue persists it could be related to Trello and how the cards are created there and lists in the cards .
We'll wait for your response.

Yes the integration has worked. I am just trying to match another field. I have just troubleshooted myself and I can see that the Error Message comes up when I add that I want to match DUE DATE.
Due Date - Deadline (see attached for what I am trying to map)
Although even this worked earlier today? When I remove Due Date, the form works fine. Coudl there be an issue specifically with Due Date?
Just tried re-integrating and the issue is not resolved.

I believe this is the same issue with the one which I have opened a ticket earlier.
The problem lies where the date field is set to d/m/y, which trello reads as m/d/y. So when the day field on your form is above 12, the problem happens.
13/10/2017 will return an error with Trello simply because there are only 12 months in a year.
As the ticket has been escalated on this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/1263347), my recommendation is either change your date format to m/d/y for the meantime, until the ticket gets resolved.
If you have other questions, please let us know.

You are correct. I changed the format and it works fine. The only issue is that no one in Australia uses that date format. So I will need it to be able to work with d/m/y.
Do you have any idea when this might be resolved?

Unfortunately, I cannot say when this matter can be fixed. So far, it has been assigned to a developer and pending an update. I'll give the developer assigned a tap and we will let you know once we do get any information.
Thanks for your patience.
