When I submit the form, it stops on please wait

I have integrate a forme on my web site.

After complet when I submit the message is not appear.

I tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. The submit button is stuck on 'Please Wait...'. To resolve this issue please re-embed your form with the iFrame code. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
