Hello jonasgrillo!  It is definately possible!  You can take a look at the "Form Templates" to see some of the samples forms created with our platform.  Another aproach would be to send us the URL to a page that contains a form similar to what you woud like to implement and we would be glad to assist you!

Hi jonasgrillo, It looks like the screenshot didn't work very well.  Do you have a URL that I can open?

To put your logo on your form, you can upload your image using the image element found on the left panel under Power Tools, while editing your form.

    1. Drag and drop the element from the left tool bar to the form layout.

    2. Then, click on the wizard and choose   Upload Image File

How to add product images on your form

First, choose the Payment Tool that you prefer to use on your form.  You can find a number of available options on the left panel under Payment Tools

If you do not wish to use any payment gateway services, you can always select Purchase Order which is normally used when the preference is for receiving cheques or cash on delivery.

After adding a Payment Tool in your form, you can now add a product list and an image together with it.

    1. Click the wizard icon on your Payment field

    2. If you have used a payment gateway service, enter your account information or API access information.  A sample screenshot below uses Paypal (click image below to open an enlarged image)

    3. Click the add new product button if you still have no products in your form (a big button in the middle will show up if there are still no products)
(click image below to open an enlarged image)

    4. Add the details to your product (for inserting products) including the URL of the image to be used, and/or click the Add New Option to add options such as quantity, or properties to your product. (click image below to open an enlarged image)

    5. Click Add Quantity Property.

You can also add more properties such as Color, T-shirt size, Print size, Screen resolution, or Shoe size.  Or you can create your own property for your product by selecting Add custom property in the add new options

    6. You can modify the name "Quantity" to something else or you can keep it as is.  Under properties, you can add or remove an item number to whatever you like.  Then click the finish button.  Note: separate each number item property by a new line

    7. The option for quantity will reflect and you can save your product or you can add more details.  (click image below to open an enlarged image)

    8. Once done, save your form

    Hello,

Just as an addition to my colleague's guide, I was looking at the website that you pointed towards and there are forms that can be embeded onto websites with the functionality of a shoping cart.  The complete design of the site needs to be addressed separately.  What I am trying to say is that our platform allows you to build forms and not a complete website.

When thinking of Point of Sale, we have a template that could be customized to showcase your products.  Here is a partial adaptation of the template to give you an idea of what the form could look like.

Hope this idea gives you a starting point, and please let me know if that helps!

After you have created your form, you can embed it on your Wix site by simply following this user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-form-to-Wix-Site

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
