how to add value

I need a value added to the number of checked boxes and then for that to be calculated when making the payment. we use stripe

Eg 

1 class (Ticked box) = £15

2 classes (Ticked box) = £25

3 classes (Ticked box) = £32

4 classes (Ticked box) = £40

5 classes (Ticked box) = £45

6 classes (Ticked box) = £50
