I'm hoping to use JotForm to receive feedback on a topic within a 6 week period (with potentially thousands of submissions). My client would like to keep the information contained within the submissions secure.
I was wondering how secure the submission data is when stored on your servers. I do understand that anything stored online is a potential risk. I'm happy to use SSL when interacting with JotForm.
Do you think it's relatively safe to store the submissions online (for the 6 weeks), or would you recommend periodically exporting and deleting the submissions?
What security measures do you employ on the data?
