Why submissions are going to line 1 of Google Sheets?

    Submissions have started to come in on Row 1 of the integrated Google Sheet, above the headers.  They should be on the bottom row.

    Could you please share the Spreadsheet that is integrated to your form so we can run some tests?

    I have reviewed your spreadsheet and it seems like you modified it. Please note that any modification made to the integrated spreadsheet may affect the integration or the way how the data is sent. 

    In order to resolve the issue I would recommend you to re-integrate your form, this way you will clear up any issue with the current one. 

    I would instead recommend you to import the data from one spreadsheet to another one and edit this last one, this way you avoid to corrupt the integrated form.
