How can I use this without having a paypal account attached

Hi! 

We are wanting to use this with teachers but not have them actually pay with money the items we are giving them. Is there anyway to disconnect the paypal option? We would just like the google sheet option. 

If you would like to use the payment field without requiring users to pay when they submit the form, use a purchase order field instead:

Delete the PayPal field from your form and add in a Purchase order field.  Any products set up in the PayPal field will automatically transfer over to the purchase order field.

Hi When I try that, the payments are greyed out and I can't select to undo paypal and click purchase order.

You would need to delete the PayPal field before you can add another payment field.  While editing your form, click on the PayPal field then click the trash can icon next to the field to delete it.  Once the PayPal field is deleted, you can add the new payment field.
