How can I transfer forms from one account to another?

    Hello,

    We have an upgraded account under CSamuel and I'd like to move the 3 forms under "NorcalTennis" to the upgraded account.

    Can you help me?

    Hello I have checked your account "NorcalTennis" and have not seen any forms available ? were they deleted ?

    Sorry, the folder is called “NorCalJuniors”. Do you see that in this account?

    I have checked under the folder you mentioned and I can see those forms have been shared with you. 

    The forms owner is NorCalJuniors so we need to get the request from this account as well as the target account. 

    Please open the request while logged into the account NorCalJuniors or ask the user to post the request on our support forum

    Hi Kevin,
    I sent the request from the NorCalJuniors account. Does that not show?
    The person with the target account is copied. Chris, can you make the request on your end too?

    Hi,

    The username NorCalJuniors   have not posted any request yet. 

    Please use the username and log in to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login

    Then post the message at https://www.jotform.com/contact

    We can only process the transfer of the forms if the form account/owner will initiate the request.
