The Adobe Flash Player should not be required for our forms.

Please provide us with a link to the webpage where you can reproduce the issue, so we will be able to take a look.

Not sure what the last URL is referring to.  We tend not to open random URL's.  If it is relevant to your question, let us know and we will see what we can do.

An attachment shouldnt be necessary. Using pdffiller, I can click on a
picture field, take a picture, and have it import into the form. I haven't
been able to find this option with other pdf editor software.
Unfortunately, the tablet used by employees is android based, which doesn't
support pdffiller due to an adobe flash issue that doesn't allow the
formulas to calculate. was wondering if this software 1) allows me to take
picture to fill 'picture' field and 2) works in android based OS. thank
    you..

I am afraid that our PDF forms will not work for you since we do not support the calculations on them. The calculations are only supported on our web forms.

We also do not currently have the OCR functionality at JotForm. Our service is mostly focused on the web forms.
