I have a form that is accepting payments through Square and I need a "private key" to view the submission.

Where do I get the private key?

You may try the same computer and the same browser on which the form encryption was initially enabled, to see if you can view the entries without the key (it may be internally saved in your browser).

Alternatively, you will need to find the key. The private key is supposed to be downloaded by you once the encryption is enabled.

If you do not have the key, you cannot decrypt the data. If this is the case it is recommended to disable the encryption on your form to prevent data loss.

The form encryption is an advanced feature. It is recommended to check the next guide to get a better understanding of that option.
