Falla en trasmision de checklist

Buenas tardes:

Seguimos teniendo encuestas que no se reflejan en la base plana. Aproximadamente de 200q se emiten 50 no se reflejan. Q te puedo incluir para validar este problema ya que es muy frecuente?

I used a translator and from what I have understand so far, the issue you are reporting is that you are not getting all the submission data of your form. You have missing submissions on your form.

Can you please tell us which of your form is this?

Es correcto lo que mencionas. No recibo todos los datos de los formularios y esta es la confirmación de que si se trasmite correctamente.

Many of your fields are not set as required.  If you set the fields to required, users will not be able to submit the form without filling in that field:

If fields that are being filled are missing, let us know which form you are working with as well as an example submission that is missing data and we will be happy to have a look.

Trasmite y da un OK sin embargo no se refleja en excel

I checked your forms excel report and all data is being exported.  The selections made in the table are exported to a single cell for each line:

I am still not sure what is missing.  Do you have a specific example or what is missing from the sheet?  I was not able to find anything missing.

I did check your form #72736048990870 and it does not have any integration with google spreadsheet. I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look. El problema en general es porque los formularios que se trasmiten no se ven reflejados todos en excel apesar de que sale la confirmación. ?

Do you have a specific submission that is not showing in the Excel spreadsheet?  We need something specific so we can check on our end.  Only the data present in the form will be exported to the sheet and the sheet will not automatically update when forms are submitted.

Perdona no comprendi bien. El excel si lo puedo descargar sin embargo del formulario no se reflejan todos los trasmitidos.

We are trying to see specific examples of data that has been collected but not being exported to the sheet.  Without knowing what is missing, we cannot check the sheet to see if we can reproduce the issue on our end.

If you can provide a specific submission that has data in your Jotform account but is not being exported when you create a spreadsheet of the data, it would be most helpful.  We need to know what is missing from the sheet before we can check to see why it is missing.
