Why am I being sent to Spam when I request to cancel my account?!

We do not register an account with us for email@example.com
Can you please share with us the spam email?

I found the account under this email: email@example.com with username: naked_gourmet.
If you want to delete the mentioned account please provide the last four digits of the credit card used for subscriptions since this kind of requests should come from the account that needs removal.
