Is the Autoresponder active/functional with the "free" version? I have it turned on in a form I created with a free account that I'm using as a test case to see how JotForm works, yet when the when the 'submit' button is selected on the active form on our website, the button changes to "Please wait..." and the thank you message never appears.

Thank you John,
The glitch was my error. I was embedding the wordpress.com code and should have been embedding the wordpress.org code. Once I made the change to .org, the issue was resolved.
