Integration with Square

Hi there - 

Am a new user with Square and recently learned that you offer a plug-in to craft custom forms with the square interface.  I own a retail pharmacy and am trying to understand how to best leverage your service with my square pos, specifically with either patients signing out their medications (ie creating a signature page for all transaciions) and creating certain messages on the screen when they can click accept or decline.  Is there someone I can speak to about development or the service options on the phone?
