How do I downgrade my subscription to the free plan?

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription plan. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
