Hello!
We are looking at the wonderful jotform wordpress integration for a current project.
We have a question:
Can we, through jotform, notify respondents that they have not finished the form and or that the deadline is approaching?
Thanks!

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display a counter by when the user needs to submit form.
I would suggest you to please add "Day Countdown" widget in form and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will add a countdown timer on your form.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Alex.TrappReplied on October 4, 2017 at 9:43 AMThank you for this answer, that widget will be very helpful, and may be
part of the solution that I am looking for.
I like that the widget tells how much time is left. I now want to send out
an email to those who have not finished the survey, alerting them that
there is only 3 days left.
I'm not sure if I should be looking at a jotform solution or a wordpress
solution, but I have a good feeling that this widget is part of the
solution.
Thanks again for your help!

I'm not sure if JotForm is suitable for emailing your customers in the manner you have explained.
You can setup a condition that will email your customer on a specific date. However this condition will only be triggered once a form is loaded. It does not continue to work in the background.
It might be a better approach to use a tool that allows you to send a newsletter or announcements to your users and customers.
For example:
1. MailChimp
2. Constant Contact -

alextrappReplied on October 4, 2017 at 1:43 PMHello! I would like to thank you for your incredibly quick and helpful
responses. With jotform I have been able to quickly build out this demo,
and plan to upgrade the account before implementation of the final product.
I have another question - I have followed your very nice guide here -
https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
And now I have Form 1 embedded in WordPress, but Form 2 links to the
jotformz site. I am looking to embed that second form on our wordpress
installation this afternoon. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!

Hi guys,
Im not sure if there is a function in jotform about my query since i have not explored it fully.
I already got a notification to my other email that i have to answer the survey flem i have created from jotform. Then completed answering the form and click on submit.
My question now is, whem i went back to the email notification that i have to answer a survey form (which i already answred and submitted). It still allwos me to answer again.
Is there a condition that once i have answered and submitted it, i will not be able to again answer it using the link?
Hope u can help
Thanks
Bryan
