How to change payment tool of form without deleting the products?

All the answers for how to change the currently selected payment gateway are for a different layout that I can't seem to locate. The newest answer I can find is 2 years old.

Is there a way on the current website layout to change payment gateway without deleting the entire product section? When I click on the wand icon for my products, all it gives me is the Paypal integration options. I'm wanting to change it to Purchase Order. I used the Order Form template as this was my first form and didn't know it started with Paypal already set.

Please note that the only option is to delete the PayPal payment tool and then add purchase order tool. You do not have to add the products again. When you delete your existing payment tool and add another payment tool, all products will automatically be added in new payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
