Can we refund users payments through JotForm?

I need to make a refund system in jotform. If someone orders something and they need to cancel or get a refund, I arranged the refund in stripe. Now I need to sort out the bookkeeping by creating a refund in jotform. I set up a product with - amount as credit. First time went ok but now getting error each time.

It is not possible to refund payments through JotForm.  JotForm can only be used to collect payments.  Once the payment is collected, all further actions would need to be done through the payment processor.
