Are integrations and widgets available for paid accounts only?

Hello - am creating a sample JotForm to evaluate your capability for consideration for my company.  

How do i add scroll down options, date widgets, and other tools for integration?  

I am using the free version - or is that only available in the fee-based option?

Widgets and apps are available for all of our users, no matter if you have a free account you're able to add any integration, widget or any other feature on JotForm to your forms.
