Your preferred username "MSUFoundation" is already exist.
Please give us at least 3 options of your preferred username. We will set the best possible one based on availability.

I actually created the other account with username MSUFoundation and i requested to delete it

Please keep in mind, MSUFoundation has almost 6 forms, on the other hand, MSUSecretary has no form under it.
Deleting MSUFoundation will be deleting the forms also. If you are ok with that, I will delete this account and rename MSUSecretary to MSUFoundation.

I was able to log in yesterday. Today it is giving me this error and I can't login. "Login failed - DELETED"

Because of that, you are unable to log in. You did not have any form on that account.
On this thread, my colleague changed the username of your other account MSUSecretary to MSUFoundation. However, according to our logs the username was changed to MSUFoundationDel and that account is also deleted.
There seems to be a confusion. Currently, you have two deleted accounts MSUfoundation and MSUFoundationDel.
MSUfoundation - 0 forms
MSUFoundationDel - 6 forms
Do you want to have an account with the username MSUfoundation with 6 forms?
We can change the username of deleted account MSUfoundation to for example MSUfoundation123 so that the username is available and then change the username of the account MSUFoundationDel to MSUfoundation and re-activate the account.

Hi, I was able to login to the account but I needed the account that was changed from MSUSecretary to MSUFoundationDel to be reinstated. That account has a paid subscription. The account you reinstated is a free account.

All of the accounts mentioned here have no active subscription. The username MSUfoundation exists and currently on the free account.
I've found another account MSUHistorian (firstname.lastname@example.org). This account is currently on the Bronze Yearly plan. Perhaps this is the account that you are looking for?
The MSUSecretary account was a sub-user account under the MSUHistorian

MSUSecretary is now the MSUfoundation. In that case, you should login to this account. The email address of the MSUfoundation is email@example.com. If the password doesn't match, you have to reset it using this email.
unfortunately, It is still showing a free account with a limit of 5 forms.

I do not see any upgrades on the MSUfoundation account. However, I see that the upgraded account that you have is the MSUHistorian. If you have made an upgrade on your MSUfoundation account, it would be great if you can provide us details on this.
