    Hello! I would like to thank you for your incredibly quick and helpful
    responses. With jotform I have been able to quickly build out this demo,
    and plan to upgrade the account before implementation of the final product.
    I have another question - I have followed your very nice guide here -
    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
    And now I have Form 1 embedded in WordPress, but Form 2 links to the
    jotformz site. I am looking to embed that second form on our wordpress
    installation this afternoon. Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you for your help!
    Alex

    The way the "Save forms and continue later" feature works is by loading the second form with a session id. This URL will be something like: https://jotform.com/1234567?session={email}

    If you embed the second form you will need to use the iFrame embed method:

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

    And edit the URLs in the iFrame code so that they look like this:

    http://www.yoursite.com/form?session={email}

    Also you need to edit the URL in the thank you page and the email notifications/autoresponders in your first form.

    Thank you so much it works perfectly.

    To clarify slightly, the iframe code was copied to the word press page, and I adjusted the output url for the thank you page and the auto- email to :

    http://full_permalink_wordpresspage/Form#fromJotforms?session={email -variable}

    Hi Guys, I have been trying to do this on my own website, but I am not running a wordpress site. I embedded the 2nd form onto a webpage, but I cannot get data to actually get retrieved and filled when appending the session variables to the URL. If I use the jotform version of the URL for my form instead of the embedded version, all the data is retrieved perfectly. I found another thread for a different topic, but also covered a little bit with embedding with the save & continue feature. They mentioned that the embed code needed to be modified, but the links for the sample code are dead as the thread is almost 5 years old, so I can't see how the embed codes were modified to get it to work. I feel like I'm missing something, can someone clarify how the embed code needs to be modified for the 2nd form in order to successfully retrieve session data when the form is embedded onto my website?
