We need to keep ownership of photos taken (would like to use Jot for taking photos of conference rooms and associated hardware/problems) with Jot.  Currently, all images are in the Jot cloud.  Can we change this?

Yes, you have an option to forward uploaded files to Google Drive if you want to.

On top of that, you can also use Dropbox or forward them to your own FTP.

Thanks. Is there a way to not have it save on Jot’s cloud? Right now, if I go into my spreadsheet, all the photos are accessible via a jot link and not the google drive. Thanks!

Sadly, it has to go to your Submissions Page. Anything that is submitted to your forms will be saved on your Submissions Page first, including all uploaded files. Only then will they be forwarded to 3rd party platforms (e.g. Google Drive).

Also, the links on the spreadsheet you generated, regardless if it's a Google Spreadsheet, an export to an Excel file, or even with all kinds reports, will always be pointing to the file that was uploaded to JotForm (not with the 3rd party platforms you integrated with). The main purpose of integrating with Google Drive, FTP or Dropbox is for users to have a way to backup their submission data and file uploads.

If you don't want them hosted on your JotForm account, you're free to delete your submissions. However, be mindful that this process can not be undone. Here's a snippet from the guide I'm linking below:

When deleting submissions individually, you will see this warning message (see screenshot below). Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.

So I strongly urge you to make a backup copy of your Submission Data just in case you'd still need them. There are plenty of ways to do that, feel free pick one that will work for you:
