Page title is different with my form title, how to change it?

 What is the different between them?

2.From setting

According to guide, Title and Page Title are form2 respectively.

Mine is both are Draft. Must I change to Draft2?

It is not mandatory to have different text in page title & title of form. Its up to you what you want to display in page / browser title when the form is accessed with its direct URL where:

Title: A short descriptive name for this form.

Page Title: The text which is displayed in the browser title when the form is displayed with its direct URL.

The guide has URL and one Tab, Demo Form, while mine is nothing. What is such a difference?

Regarding for mine, Title is Draft, while, Page Title not yet.

Once next page comes out, I can name Page Title.

There seems to be some confusion here. Please note that whatever title you want to display in the browser window, that needs to be set in the "Page Title" of form setting. 

I did check your form and found that you have set "Draft" as "Title" & "Page Title" of your form.

No you do not have to change it to Draft 2 unless you do not want draft 2 to be shown in browser title.  

Regarding for mine, Title is Draft, while, Page Title not yet. Once next page comes out, I can name Page Title.

You have set "Draft" as "Title" & "Page Title" in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

Do you mean to say that you want to change the page title for next page? Unfortunately no, one form can have only one page title and it cannot be changes when you go to next page of same form.
