Submissions are lost

    Could you help to check why our current submission data before 9/30 were gone?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have. 

    I have sent a request in order to re-calculate your monthly submissions. I have seen that you had 560 total submissions previously and now it seems like you have 570 total submissions in your account after re-calculating your submissions.

    Could you please check if the 10 missing submissions appear in your account now? Kindly check and inform us regarding this issue.
