I have a form with multiple choice tick boxes. I want to display all the possible answers with only the chosen ones ticked - ie I want it to look exactly like it does on the form, in the email it sends. Can I do this? When it sends me the email, it just includes all the words from all of the ticked boxes which is difficult to follow.
Thanks

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid it is not possible to include the unselected options from a Multiple Choice Field (checkbox field) in the email alerts (autoresponder/notification). If you want to have the unselected options included in the email alerts, may I suggest you use the Input Table field instead?
Here's how the Input Table looks like in the email alerts:
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

Fantastic thanks. And do I have to make each table or could I convert from multiple choice to input table each time?

You're most welcome!
I'm afraid we do not have an option to convert "Multiple Choice Fields" into "Input Table Fields" and it has to be done manually. So it will be less tedious, may I suggest you just copy the options from the "Multiple Choice Field" to the "Input Table Field" and set the options as the Input Table's rows.
