    hello,


    my form does not seem to be sending

    its just says "please wait" for a LOOONNG time and doesnt go anywhere

    I tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. The submit button is stuck on 'Please wait...'. To resolve this issue, please re-embed your form with the iFrame code. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
