I just tested submitting on your form and I was able to receive the PDF file perfectly. Could you tell us the submission ID of the PDFs that has 0kb or unable to open so we can further check what caused the issue.

I checked the mentioned Submission and attached PDF, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue, the PDF downloaded fine and I was able to open it.
Maybe your antivirus system marked it as malware.
But the file is safe, it is a regular PDF.
