How can I track emails sent to submissions received?

It would be great if there was a way to track the submissions to the requests without having to manually eyeball the history to the submissions.

Would like to be able to send out reminders to people who haven't sent in their form.

We use Track1099 and they have a great feature in case you would like to see what I am trying to convey in this product enhancement.

We do not currently have a way to track whether or not users who have been emailed the form have filled it out.  You could create an excel sheet with your list of people who have been emailed and compare that list to your submission list:

But we do not have a way to do so automatically.
