Would JotForm consider taking on a custom API integration?
We are using JotForm as an appointment reminder tool. However, this a manual process in which our employees are manually adding the client info (name, date of apt., time of apt., service(s), ect.) and hitting submit. In turn, Jotform creates a response email that sent to the client as an appointment reminder.
At this point, we are submitting hundreds of these per day. I would love it if I could get the techs at JF access to our software API and we could have these fields piped in. Similar to the integration with SalesForce.
Is this a possibility? We would be happy to pay for it!Page URL:

We have this developers portal: https://developers.jotform.com/. Our API documentation can be accessed here: http://api.jotform.com/docs/. If you would like to hire someone, I would suggest looking for one from freelancing sites such as Upwork.
As for the access to your API, would you mind letting us know what kind of languages your software support? We'll see if we can come up with a workaround.
For the meantime, I think email marketing services such as MailChimp will work. You will just need to import your list of clients to MailChimp and create a series of email as your reminder. You can set up a schedule with MailChimp.
I hope that helps.

Thank you for the information. However, we are not talking about importing a list. We are talking about an ongoing list that changes daily. We are also talking about importing each individuals appointment time, date, service provider, etc. Then translating that to a field in an email. Does this make sense?

I have escalated this request to management. There will be a response on this thread.
