We have forms that are submitted for signature. The form worked great until 9/29/17. Now when the form is submitted for signature it appears in dropbox, but when a supervisor signs off on it and submits it, the form is not appearing in dropbox with the appropriate approval.

This issue should be resolved now. Please check and let us know how it worked.
PS: It might require re-integration with DropBox. Since the issue is related to changes in DropBox API.

It is still not working. When a form is submitted, it creates a folder with the original request in it. When initial approval is granted, nothing more shows up in dropbox unless I have it create a whole new folder. In the past, it put the approved request in the same folder with the same name with (1) after it. When final approval was granted, it would put another copy in the same folder with the same name with (2) after it. Having them all in separate folders it is complicated to follow each request.

I tested this issue again, but it is not working for me now. I will forward this to our backend team for further checking. We'll inform you further through this thread.
