Why is captcha is displaying when the form is shared via email?

One of my co-users is being limited on the number of emails she can send out by the CAPTCHA.  When I send out emails from the Quick Connect area I am not asked for a CAPTCHA.

Are you referring to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/72676476023158? Can you provide us more details regarding the issue "limited on the number of emails she can send out by the CAPTCHA"? Did you encounter any error message when you submit your form? If so, can you provide us a screenshot of the error so we can further check? To add a screenshot of the issue in this thread, you can follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

No, when she sends email requests out of the Quick Share email option she has to enter a CAPTCHA every time she sends a message and now it says she has reached her limit, where I do not have to not have to enter a CAPTCHA when I send email requests out.

Can you try adding "Google Invisible ReCaptcha" or the "Google ReCAPTCHA" widget. If it still says "she has reached her limit" try asking her to clear her browser cache.

Guide on how to clear browser cache can be found on this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ .

Let us know how it goes.

I honestly don't know how it got there, so not sure how to change it.

I understand that the other user is receiving a captcha when the form is shared using email from the Share Form option in Publish wizard.

Please be noted that the Free accounts are limited to send only 20 emails in a day that includes forwarding/replying the submissions, test email, and share via email.

Could you confirm if you are sharing the form with the other user which is having a free subscription plan? The paid accounts can send up to 1000 emails in a day which is why you are not prompted to complete the captcha.

    Hope this information helps!
