How can my form pass back an extra hidden field to Insightly CRM?

I have three forms on my website, and I want each of them to pass back a hidden identifier field to the CRM, so I can sort the data by the different types of form.  Is this possible?  Thank you.

You can do that with any field in the form, I'm not sure now if you're creating a hidden field with a default value (which will always be the same) or you will use some widget?

Anyhow, I used one text-field that I made hidden and with some default value:

That field you can integrate with literary any text field in Insightly, for example, I used the assistant name:
