Form is on web, works perfectly, but form is positioned too low on page. How can I make form even with column on left?

I have checked your web page and see that the form is displaying in the right column and too long than the left column. This is due to the number of fields on the form increasing the height. In order to display the form and match the height of the left column, you may consider adding page breaks to the form so that the form should be displaying in two or more pages and fits to the same height of the column.
