In your autoresponder notification you need to put your email address in the "Reply-To-Email" input field, so that your email address will be used when they click "Reply"

If you wanted to use your own email as the SENDER and not jotforms email, go to your autoresponder email notification then click the "ADVANCED" Tab. Change the "Sender Email" into your desired email. If it is not listed yet, click the "Add new email address"
