PayPal Incomplete Payments: Is it possible to manually complete the payment and charge the users?

If I manually "complete the submission", will Jotform automatically send the payment request to PayPal again?

I received several submissions while my form was in Sandbox Mode. Now I am out of Sandbox Mode and I want to re-run those submissions.  How can I do that?

You already received a response from my colleague with information about incomplete payments on PayPal. 

Please be noted that when you complete manually a payment it will not process the payment on the PayPal's end, it will just show the submission on your submissions grid. 

A new submission will need to be sent if you want the user to send you the payment or he/she can manually send you the payment.
