Something strange is happening with the headers in the PDF reports

    Hi 

    We use two forms quite heavily and customised PDF's set up that have been working well.  Then all of a sudden over the last 24 hours the headers have been dissapearing from the PDF's.  The tick box to show headers is usually on, but I can often resolve it by unticking it and then reticking it, waiting a minute or two and then the pdf works.  However then they randomly dissapear again!

    Has anyone else been having this problem?

    I checked your PDF submissions and I see what you're referring to. When I cloned your form and tested, I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

    If you didn't do some high customisation of PDF, could you please try resetting of the PDF:

    That will reset the PDF layout. Could that possibly work for you?
