How to resend emails for a submission

in my Jotform i have a email form which send out automatically which is great, but occasionally i need to resend it. when i do it loses the pre-population. any idea how i can set it up so i can send multiple times and even to different addresses?

If you want to send the same email again you need to use an edit link. Basically you will need to submit your form again. But you wont have to fill out the whole form again. It will remember what was input in the previous submission.

If you want to send it to a different address you can add an email field and setup an autoresponder email. Then when you resubmit, update the saved email value entered on the form with the desired email address.

I was thinking that as you want to resend the emails yourself ( not your customer ), maybe its better to create a grid listing report with edit links. Then you can access each submission on one page and resubmit the form to send out the email again. This is a much better way to solve your problem.
