Why my form builder is not working at all?

Installed JotForm and am trying to build my first form. When I click on the pencil all I get is a gray box with no options. Please help.

Try building the form from in JotForm instead of through whatever plugin you are using.  The form builder in JotForm is fully functional at this time:
