Do you have form creation service or is that something i have to do?

I have a client who wanted us to put a form on his website. After we agreed we found that is had a SS# on the form and we dont have the security to hold that kind of information. 

He is not interested in creating the form. Wants to know if you guys will do that for him.

PLUS I need to know if there is a program you guys have where we can be a vendor for your company since we have need of creating forms for clients often.

Unfortunately under our terms of use, it is forbidden for our users to create forms that collect sensitive information such as social security numbers, drivers licences, or credit card information.

He is not interested in creating the form. Wants to know if you guys will do that for him.

That depends. If its a small form we can easily do it for him. But if it is a large form we would need to clear that with our manager, as we need to answer other customers also.

PLUS I need to know if there is a program you guys have where we can be a vendor for your company since we have need of creating forms for clients often. 

Unfortunately no we don't currently have a reseller program. Sorry.

I have already inquired about the Social Security information and was informed this client does qualify but certain guidelines will need to be in place.
My question is do you guys create the forms? Do you have a service to create the forms for the client or will he have to log in and create them?

According to our terms:

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

So it is possible, but he would have to use encryption on his forms. And use https URLs as well. 

Technically no we don't provide a form creation service. We provide technical support. But if he attempted to create the form and got stuck we could help him complete it.

Yes that is correct. That is what I have been informed about.
