How do I direct clients to PayPal to pay for their order? I've set up a product page, but when I preview the form there is no link to actually go to PayPal.

I can see you have integrated your forms with PayPal. Please note that only the products will be displayed on the form so your users can choose the products and quantities they want.
They need to submit the form as normal, then they are redirected to the PayPal payment page where they can complete the payment, once this is done your users will be redirected to the form's thank you page.
Please note that if there is not a product selected and the amount due is 0, then your users will not be redirected to PayPal.

Thanks. I followed it through and saw the PayPal page. However, it does not reroute to a thank you page.

Once your users have completed the payment they will get a button to return to the merchant page:
Once they do it, they should be redirected to the thank you page of your form or the custom thank you link you have set up on your form settings.
