Hi I am not sure if I understand the email response. I want it to notify me there was a submission, but send the confirmation email to the person that sent it.
So does the auto notification or thank you page send a confirmation to the applicant's email?
I personalized an auto response and I'm getting that and a generic one. Why? Is the applicant getting an email confirmation?

We have 2 types of email alerts here in JotForm, the Notification, and the Autoresponder.
Email Notification - This is the email that you will receive when someone completed your form. Here's a guide: Setting-up-Email-Notifications.
Autoresponder Email - This is the email confirmation that your users will receive after submitting the form. Here's a guide: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
I checked your form and I can verify that the Autoresponder email is configured correctly. Please take note that if you use the "Test Email" button, the email alert will always be sent to the account's email address.
The best way to test the email alert is to fill up the form and submit it.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
