    Hi,

    I run a after school tutoring program for students and we require parents to give us credit card payment information at the time of enrollment so that I don't have to send students to go tell their parents that they are past due. 

    I thought Jotform would be good for this and started making it but my account have now been frozen. 


    Please help

    As per our terms, collecting credit card information using basic fields is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to delete the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account back in good status.
