Follow through link only opens in a new tab

So I have created a form that saves using many many helpful guides.

Now my thank you page links to the 2nd form, but only if I right click and open in new tab.  It seems to be impervious to left click!

I have included the url and a screenshot image of where I am talking about.  From the link provided, submit the first form to get to the thank you page, where the impervious link can be found.
