How to connect forms with PayPal?

I haven't created a form yet. Though, I need to know more about this. I have found in the website that I can connect my forms to other services like PayPal and other services. Please share the details.

I have further doubts. Do I pay for creating forms here? Can I use these forms to save some of the information?
