I upgraded my account today to premium, it briefly showed me as premium, and now it has reverted back to a free account. I have tried logging out and back in per suggestions on other questions about this, but no change. It still shows as a free account.

Your account is Premium. Please logout and log back into your account to see the correct status.

Ok, done that a few time. Just did it again and still shows as a free account. I also just got an over the limit email at the 100 (not 1000) level which would suggest I am still setup as a free account.

Your account is definately showing as Premium on our server, so your forms will not be disabled ince your submissions go over 100.
Can you please try logging in and out again? or perhaps you could check on a different browser?

Thanks for the quick reply. It shows me as over the limit and it still works so thanks.
Just FYI, I tried a number of browsers and different computers (ones I have never accessed jotform on beofore) and it still shows as free, both on the myforms page and on the myaccount page.

I reset all your totals and did a test submission.
Your account is now not showing a overlimit (at least from our side)
After a few more 'normal' submissions come in, can you check your account status for this 'overlimit' message and let us know if the issue is persisting?
