How can I create an order form without actual payment?

Hello!

I am trying to create an order form that people can select which product, and quantity, they would like, but does not ask for payment. I would like it to still show totals, but have the credit card section removed. The forms are used for fundraisers I run for different organizations and people make their payments to the organization running the fundraiser, not myself. I only need what they would like to order, and for them to see what the total will be.
