Create a form that add the entered data to a single page for printing

    I guys. Love JotForm.

    I would like to create a form that add the entered data to a single page for printing, emailing or faxing.

    Ideally I would like to upload the design..

    any suggestion?

    I assume you meant on your form. To have the form show everything in single page, set the Form Layout to Legacy layout.

    Go to form settings click "SHOW MORE OPTIONS" then, scroll down to the last part of the page. Change the "Form Layout" to "Legacy Layout"
