I am unable to login to account.

    I changed my password and now I can't login with the new password.

    What can I do?

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "pas aan" has fields like "Clientnumber & Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
