How to enable my form?

    Hi can someone help it is saying my form is not available. What do i do?

    I have cloned your form named "Bridal Show Expo Vendors Form" on my side in order to check its configurations.

    I have seen that you have disabled the form after 6 October 2017 at 11:59 in form settings as you can see the screenshot below:

    This is the reason why your form is disabled. Please enable the form as you can see in the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form
